Delivery and Returns
Our stickers are all made to order and hand finished. We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day. All goods are shipped Free of Charge in the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post which has a standard delivery time of 2-3 working days including Saturdays.* When you check out you will have the option to upgrade postage to Royal Mail 1st Class Post which aims for next working day delivery.* There is a charge for this option.
We ship stickers all over the world and charge a simple flat rate of £2.50 plus 50p regardless of destination. All stickers ship via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery to Europe takes 3-5 working days and delivery to the rest of the world takes 5-7 working days.*
Packaging and Delivery
You will receive an email advising you when your order has shipped so you will have a good idea of when your stickers will arrive. Most stickers will fit through a standard letterbox and all stickers ship in a high quality, board backed envelope or strong postal tube (larger stickers). *Whilst we rarely have any problems please note that once we have shipped your order it is in the hands of the Royal Mail in the UK and then the hands of your domestic postal service outside the UK. If you feel an order may have gone astray please advise us and we will investigate.
Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in resaleable condition with all packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. These unused items can be returned to us within 14 days. Before posting it back to us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the reason for returning your order. We will then give you details on how to return the order. Once we have received your unwanted order we can then offer you a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
